Arranging Admission
The details of our admission process are simple, and with the following three things in place we can usually book an appointment for you within 24 hours:
- A written referral
- A written referral from a GP, a Consultant Medical Specialist or an approved Specialist Drug Worker. The reason for this is so that we can monitor who will be providing your ongoing prescription for Naltrexone. We will also need to access your previous medical history, so that we can treat you effectively.
- Aftercare Counselling Information
- We can help you find the best organisation near you to provide important help and support after the detox process.
- A responsible person
- To help you, motivate you, and supervise you as you take your daily dose of Naltrexone you will need to nominate a responsible person. This may be a close family member or friend, but it must not be anyone who is personally involved with opiate abuse.
We'd love to talk to you. Why not call us and ask any questions you may have about the admissions process? We'd be happy to hear from you, even if you are just enquiring on behalf of a close friend or family member…
